Job Title : Physiotherapist

Location : Hyderabad

Reports To : Coordinator (Physiotherapy)

Experience : 2-5 Years

Job Overview : Home Health physiotherapist is a registered physiotherapist, who renders physiotherapy service to customers of all age groups at the client's residence.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assess and analyze the effect of illness, disability, injury and inactivity on functional ability.
  • Should be able to develop logical reasoning for assessment and treatment and Treat patients using exercise therapy, electrotherapy and mobilization.
  • Establish an effective therapeutic relationship, which acknowledges professional boundaries and provides dignity, honesty and respect for the patient.
  • Act independently to plan and implement an appropriate and timely treatment plan.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records, which meet professional standards and in line with the Practice's document management strategy.
  • Effectively evaluate a client's progress and make any necessary adjustments to treatment. May confer with physicians and other health care professionals regarding client's condition.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all professionals involved in the client's treatment and management.
Qualifications

BPT / MPT

  • Education level :Registered BPT /MPT
  • Experience :Preferably worked in Home Healthcare with a minimum of 6 months
  • Specific skills
    • Should be able to converse in english, hindi and telugu fluently
    • Relevant experience in a leading hospital and prior health care experience is highly desirable.
    • Ready to work in shifts
    • Should be well versed in the local geography
    • Ability to drive vehicles-preferably two wheeler and driving license & own vehicle is an added advantage.
    • Practical experience in physiotherapy techniques.
    • Concern for customer service orientation, applying knowledge, advocacy and negotiation, inter personal skills and organization awareness.
  • Certifications :Relevant certificate as per the qualification.
  • Licenses :Registration for BPT /MPT
