Job Title : Sr.Executive-Business Development

Location : Hyderabad

Reports To : BD Team/Head-CAH both administratively and functionally

Experience : 2-6 Years

Roles and responsibilities:
  • To identify and work closely with Healthcare Professionals across specialities and to promote different Care at Home Services.
  • Builds sustainable relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at right frequency.
  • Lead generation and conversion from various sources -Doctors/Hospitals/Corporates/Communities for Care at Home Services.
  • Revenue generation by meeting monthly & quarterly business targets.
  • Responsible for driving Market Development Activities to enhance the brand equity & awareness of Care at Home Services in the Homecare/Healthcare space.
  • Creating Patient awareness by providing right options/information on Care at Home Services.
  • Analysis of competitor information and market intelligence.
  • Follows safety and compliance policies of CAH/CIHS.
  • Work with BD/Marketing/Head to improve the customer traction channels.
  • Any other work assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
Profile Description:
  • B-Pharmacy, Bio-Medical, Microbiology with MBA/ BBA in Sales & Marketing
  • 3-5 years of exposure in selling Hospital/Homecare Services. Can be looked at having Pharma, Medical Devices and Diagnostics selling background
  • Good communications in English/ Hindi and Local language must.
Administrative Requirements (Your inputs are required):
  • Two wheeler must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office would be an added advantage.
  • Preferable male candidates.
